This is the clean list from the ubuntu-user list of a possible
structure for the section.

I would say, can we put it in a new wiki page and in case apport
modifications there? It is much cleaner than doing it via email.

Do we need to keep in account since the beginning of how to transform
the end result in online (desktop) help system? (I hope that can
be done at the end, when we are happy with the content).
