[Request] commiter access

Hello again,

First off. I do apologize if all my list messages are annoying people. I try 
to keep them terse, but sometimes clarity is better.

I would like to request commit access to the docs svn. If this is possible. 
Naturally all intrusive changes will be discuss prior to implimentation.
