new wiki login problem

This is the site's caching problem. Out of date copies of pages are 
being served randomly. So it forgets your login, doesn't show the latest 
data when you edit, etc. Caching needs to be adjusted to take membership 
and dynamic behaviour into account. Until this is fixed it's hard to do 
other work.

I think clicking shift-reload in firefox does retrieve the latest version.
