Wiki migration

Hi Simon

Thanks for all your work, Simon. All, at the moment, we are doing some 
work on Zwiki and cacheing on the site.

One customisation of Zwiki that was done yesterday by Roché at Upfront 
systems in SA,
was to ensure that the user's display name appears instead of 
"Anonymous" or their user ID.

This was done yesterday and then it was disabled, apparently by 'sm'.

Simon, perhaps we need to co-ordinate between us :o)
