Reworking RestrictedFormats

Hey All,

RestrictedFormats has been bothering me for a while. I had an idea
about making it easier.

The idea is to  basically make it a series of links to the various
formats, rather than have the information inline. Each format page
would be a subpage of RestrictedFormats and list how to install it and
a section below that about free alternatives.

Thoughts?
