kubuntu deb build broken

Enrico and myself were working out some kinks with the ubuntu-docs
package. Enrico found that kubuntu-docs did not build for him in the
regular way and he fixed it. I (and probably Enrico too) was unaware
that "prepdeb.sh" was being used. Sorry for the breakage... lets fix
it :)
