Server Guide Network-Apps Recommendations / Patch

Hi All,

Here is a patch to the work so far in the Network Applications  
section of the Server Guide.  I mostly switched the format of  
"(ACRONYM) Term Acronym Represents" to "Term Acronym Represents  
(ACRONYM)" which is the way I was taught to deal with technical  
acronyms, and seems to jive with the parentheses element of the  
Ubuntu Style Guide.

There are a couple of other minor fixes in this, and a few rephrased  
bits too.

Perhaps the handling of acronyms should be specifically addressed in  
the Style Guide for the sake of consistency?
