serverguide ammendments serverguide/C/ch02.html

Hi

I have made a couple of trivial spelling/grammar changes and also 
re-written a couple of paragraphs so that they read more easily.

This is the first .diff I have created and I used the following guide

    https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DocteamStepByStepRepository

I got stuck at step 4 since the serverguide is not in either /ubuntu or 
/kubuntu.  When I tried the same process in /generic I got the following 
error

    make: *** No rule to make target `au'.  Stop.

running make serverguide from /ubuntu provides the following

    make: *** No rule to make target `serverguide'.  Stop.


I could not therefore test according to steps 4-7

any advice appreciated
