Yelp pt_BR.po

Hey Matt!

Thanks for your feedback.  After I read the email sent to this list about
the new release of Yelp, I assumed I could send my translation to the same
list...  ;)  I'll contact the proper people either at Gnome or through their
Rosetta effort.
