Thanks for this.  And considering how postfix is very much in the news
on the ubuntu-user list in the last couple of days (look for any
threads that contains in their subjects "mailx", "postfix" and "ubuntu
under attack" on the ubuntu-user list; dozens of emails in total), it
is a very timely contribution to the wiki :)
