I don't think that the best place to publish translations is the wiki as
a subpage of DocumentationTeam, but for preparation of the translation,
that seems fine! Best thing is to publish it on the brasilian (and
portuguese?) websites, whether that is best done on the planet or
otherwise, is up to you guys. For what it's worth, the Italian website
will probably put it as a news item in the main webpage section.

Dive right in and edit. We can always discuss changes here if they are
inaccurate or whatever.
