As per my email on another thread, I personally don't think adding other
language irc channels to this doc is a good idea, although we can
discuss it :) So I haven't applied your patch.

FWIW, the best idea might be to hack on another document, right now it
seems like that document will not be in dapper at all. It will probably
be replaced by:

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/AboutUbuntu
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BrowserDefaults

At first I thought that the second of these wouldn't happen, but it
looks like Jeff Waugh is going to make it happen.
