Merging DocteamStatus into DocteamProjects

Hello,

I did some updates adding links to the makefile-built pages, and looking
at DocteamProjects I quite like it and I think it could also have the
role of DocteamStatus.

I thus propose to merge the two pages into one.  If noone objects, next
monday I'll remove DocteamStatus merging the text in it into
DocteamProjects.
