Release Notes Where?

Yep thanks.

I was going to list all of the completed (or expected to be completed) 
hoary goals, and maybe a little one liner for each. Then each goal will 
have a link to a group of contributers in a seperate section.

But... :)

As the About Ubuntu is a one pager (IIRC) is this is a bit of overkill?
