Harnassing the Gnome User Guide for our document

Ok, further to discussions in irc on this question, I've added the gnome
user guide to our repository at teamstuff/gnome2-user-guide. I still
subscribe to the view that it will be hard for us to help upstream with
this guide, and that the best approach would be to use the parts of the
userguide which are helpful by copying them into our guide. But there
may be other views, so we can discuss them here and at our next meeting.
