one thing I have noticed this weekend is a bunch of missing Wiki links in the 
new wiki.

On the Java page the links to the pages JavaPPC and IBMJava went missing and I 
had to manually recreate the links.

And just now, on the Wiki frontpage, it seems the link to DocumentationTeamFAQ 
is also missing.

Obviously wiki words with multiple uppercase in a row were automatically a 
link in the old wiki, but not in the new one.
