Use of non-repo docs in our books

Further to the above we now have a copy of kde upstream in svn at 
trunk/kde/upstreamkde/

These docs are a copy of the vendor drop in vendor/kde/

Please do not edit them unless the changes can be safely patched and added to 
the kde upstream repos.

Please feel free to XInclude or XPointer to these docs in an Kubuntu 
documents.

Questions, just ask.
