Rob, Matt and I have been working on the spec, with input for Daniel
Robitalle, Jerome, Matthew Parlsow.

To just blank the spec is kind of rude. This is not just something
that I dreamed up, it has been a group effort. I recognize the work
that has been put in by you, but I don't think the current guide is
actually really useful, due to its confusion as to target audience.
The ReSpec is an attempt to address that.
