Further installation wiki page rationalization

Hey all,

Related to the previous email, I had a thought regarding installation stuff.

Basically I want to move all the various installation (of Ubuntu, not
specific apps ) tutorials to a subpage of Installation. The reasons
for this are thus:

1. Easy to search for, as installation is clearly the hub
2. Easy to add another page, as they are all collected in an easy place.

Thoughts and Objections?
