Better link colours on the wiki

I suspect that what I say below has been said before. Apologies in
advance if so.
I think it might be worth considering moving to more 'active' colors for
the links. The main reason is that headers across the website are
sometimes links (is it only H2?) and sometimes not. If the links are the
same color as the headers then there is no clear visual distinction
between a linked header and one that isn't. The icons help, but
unfortunately they are not always added and applied a bit
inconsistently. If the unvisited links were say, rust or orange, then
there would also be a visible distinction between headers, keeping brown
for unlinked for instance.
It would also be nice if there were harmonization across the entire
website. But I guess this is beyond the scope of the docteam's domain.
This may be reason enough to leave the link colors as they are. An
alternative I suppose is to try and use the link icons more consistently
across the whole website, but this seems like it might be easier said
than done.
