Assigning Projects

I volunteered to own a project during the meeting last week.  

Jerome had asked me last week in IRC to take care of kquickguide and he would 
move on to something else, but if Jonathan wants to own that doc I have no 
problem with that and can take something else.

I probably slant more toward KDE, but am not married to it and can work on the 
Gnome side as well, if needed.  Oh, btw, I do have svn commit access now.
