Problems validating kquickguide

Yeah, you are correct. kquickguide doesn't work. But, IMO it was due
to invalid ccbysa.xml. The error was:

When i applied that patch to ccbysa.xml, I was able to validate
kquickguide.xml. To be more clear, i'm talking about svn trunk. If you
meant different svn branch or error, please let me know, thankx.
