harmonisation of /libs

Hi all,

I've noticed that there is a bit of untidiness in the xsl files in the
various libs/ directories (in generic, kubuntu, ubuntu). As far as I can
see, it would seem to make sense for all documents (kubuntu, ubuntu) to
be using the same common-cust and html-cust stylesheets, while retaining
a customised stylesheet for distro-specific things like css.

So with this in mind, I'd like to attempt a small harmonisation of some
of these files by using the trunk/libs (or alternatively common/libs),
leaving some distro-specific files in the same place. This will make
things more centralised and easier to keep under control. Any
objections/ideas?

Matt
