[Dapper] About Ubuntu/ Browser start page ideas

It has been generally agreed that the current About Ubuntu and browser
start pages are less than ideal.

I think we should seperate the browser start page and About Ubuntu for
dapper. We can leave the current About Ubuntu, simply shortening it
slightly.

Which leaves the browser start page. My thoughts are:

1. Leave the principles of Ubuntu there, in the style of the the
QuickTour, possibly in a div that is titled: Ubuntu:
2. Add a 2nd div below with an internet search box (which engine)
3. A third div with a link to getting help (LP, wiki, etc.)
4. A 4th div with links to other Ubuntu pages (fridge, etc.)

Thoughts?
