wiki docs with multiple version info

I've noticed that some of the documentation on the wiki references
multiple Ubuntu versions. Take the one for adding repositories, which
references both Warty and Hoary/Breezy:

Is it a goal of the DocTeam to support documentation for the same length
of time that the Ubuntu devs support the version itself? If so, should
docs like these be reorganized somehow with links to sub-pages for each
version?

This doc may not be the best example, but I know I've seen some they get
quite confusing if they try to cover three versions in one flat page.
