Xubuntu Docs in svn and Ubuntu/Kubuntu FAQ Guide

Hi,

I have tracked down a copy of the XFCE4 user guide from their svn
repository as well as a few other things and committed them to our svn
under /xubuntu. I have the approval of one of the two authors to licence
it under our dual licence strategy, just waiting to hear back from the
second author.

As for the FAQ Guide (also now known as the Starter Guide) I plan on
stating work shortly, first thing is squashing all those bugs I have
waiting for me. I'm also interested in getting the Kubuntu FAQ Guide off
the ground shortly too.

One last thing, I noticed after reading the logs from the last meeting
that after I left the meeting just about ended. I'd like to continue the
discussion of the svn layout on list if we could, I'd rather it get done
before we start any real serious work if we choose to go that way.
