Documentation String Freeze today (September 8)

Answering my own question: it was not all in the single pot. I will make
a new pot which includes all the separate xml files. Can someone who is
"in the know" remove all of the individual xml files in the faqguide
directory that are superfluous? there are a number of them which are 0
bytes.
