Breezy+1 release schedule

It's actually very possible to have WIP docs for milestone releases. It's
just that none of us are packagers and Jeff Bailey came in quite late for
stuff to get into the milestones. Jeff has been great help lately and once
he gets svn access he can help clean up the repository to make it more
package friendly. We've actually written an enourmous amout of work midway
through Breezy. Its just that none was packaged/uploaded to the milestones.
