Question on reviesion history for Release Notes

That's great but it seems like always we are forgetting Kubuntu in the
documentation. Shouldn't it be UbuntuBreezyReleaseNotes and then
KubuntuBreezyReleaseNotes? I mentioned this earlier in regards to
BreazyUpgradeNotes as well but didn't recieve any feedback.

We've started a draft for Breezy Release notes:

  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BreezyReleaseNotes

We have a meeting later at 14:00UTC so we'll discuss about it...

In both Ubuntu release notes and Kubuntu release notes they have a
section
in regards to revision history. Is there a purpose for it?
