Thanks for the link Rocco, but I'm still confused (sorry guys). It
looks like I could replace xreflabel with <titleabbrev
id="X">text</titleabbrev> and use endterm="X" in the xref tag. My
question is if that is any better for translation. I would think it
would be because the text isn't within a tag.
