When a magazine decides to bundle an Ubuntu CD, occasionally they tell 
someone in the Ubuntu community, but often they don't.

So maybe you could start a page on the wiki <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/> 
for people to record sightings of magazine issues containing Ubuntu.
