Thanks for this. The icons were hosted on an ubuntuguide server I think.
We can either remove this tip entirely, or supply the correct url. Is
this tip (how to restore the original icons for mozilla thunderbird)
actually legal? If so, is there an alternative url we can use?
As for fixing it, delete the icons directory which has been affected and
reinstall thunderbird. HTH
