[patch] Ubuntu desktop guide - updating irc info

Hi,

Attached is a small patch which updates the desktop starter 
guide/C/getting-started.xml to talk about XChat - gnome rather than xchat.

You'll probably have to go into the ubuntu/desktopguide/C folder if you 
wish to apply this - I've not been able to download the full 
documentation as I'm (temporarily) in a low-bandwidth situation. Sorry 
for any extra hassle.
