[patch] Ubuntu desktop guide - sudo

Hi,

Applications->System Tools->Run as different user has been hidden from
the menu in Dapper as part of the MenusRevisited spec. Should we remove
this option from the sudo section in the desktop starter guide, or
explain to the users how to unhide it?

I think it'd be easier to remove it - there's documentation on how to
use the terminal and sudo, so it's kind of superfluous anyway and it's
simpler than explaining how to re-enable it in alacarte.

Attached is a(nother) trivial patch to getting-started.xml to remove the
list item that suggests it.

As before you'll probably have to go into the ubuntu/desktopguide/C
folder if you wish to apply this - I've not been able to download the
full documentation as I'm (temporarily) in a low-bandwidth situation.
Sorry for any extra hassle. In fact it's probably easier to find and
edit the lines yourself...
