A couple of DocBook style questions

I've been hacking away at the layout of the Ubuntu Desktop Guide; it's
mostly coherent now (sytlistically, at least) but a couple of minor
things are bugging me.
With the <orderedlist>, could we get the numbers it creates made bold?
It would go better, I think, with the rather large bullet points that
<itemizedlist> creates.
The <sectX> tags have the odd property of adding an extra decimal
place at the end of the strings they create, so you get "4.1.1.1."
instead of just "4.1.1.1".
Finally, should the names of the Universe & Multiverse repos be
capitalized? Currently they're not, and it bugs me slightly in idle
moments... :P
Brian/Madpilot, who has probably read Strunk & White's "Elements of
Style" too much...
