Server Guide: Packaging

Packaging section of the Server Guide is complete, and ready for  
review.  (rev 2423) I know last week I said I'd try to work on  
Firewall, and/or Mail/Postfix, but packaging seemed easier when I sat  
down to work at the time. ;-P

I may try to write Firewall piece now.  Should I just be discussing,  
IPTables basically? and Firestarter, and such? Anyone?  Bueller?
