Server Guide: Packaging

I am not really sure about the translation readiness. There are some
five more sections, and a couple of sub-sections remaining to be
written. I am going to try and tackle a ffew more this week.
Possibly by week's end it could be ready?
As to the Packaging section. The Packaging guide I believe you are
referring to, which lives in: generic/Packagingguide/C appears to
deal with *creating* packages (ala MOTU), whereas the section of the
Server Guide addresses *using* packages (e.g. installation, removal,
upgrade, etc.) which seems to me to justify its existence in there. ;-)
