Minor patch in KDG

r2432: Remove xincludes stopped validating my documents with the error,

element book: validity error : root and DTD name do not match 'book' and 
'article'

Minor patch to use 'book' instead of 'article' in 
kubuntu/desktopguide/C/desktopguide.xml
