Ok, we talked over each other for some time on this thread, so I have
adopted the policy that actions are easier to understand than words, and
have updated the page with what I have been trying to explain.
Ultimately, I think we should completely remove the Question & Answer
format on this page, the Heading & Explanation format works much better
in my opinion.
Feedback welcome.
