Local Customisation Pages

Hi all,

One of our Local Community Team pages, on customising Ubuntu for
Australian conditions, was migrated to help.ubuntu.com (well I did mark
it as CategoryDocumentation).  It's location was:
  http://wiki.ubuntu.com/AustralianTeam/Customisation (now deleted)

Hence it became somewhat of an orphan.  While pondering what to do about
it I've realised that this was probably not ideally placed anyway.  I'm
sure others will want to do similar things so I've created:
  https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LocalCustomisation
and the Australian page is now a child of that page.

I've also set up:
  https://help.ubuntu.com/community/LocalCustomization (note the 'z')
to redirect to that page.

Finally, could whoever has access please delete the migrated page:
  https://help.ubuntu.com/community/AustralianTeam/Customisation
