That page looks kinda good, but how come I don't remember ever seeing
it? Not so useful then is it? I'm guessing it the page new users see
before they have started using the wiki. I for one am not used to such
poor (read abysmal) navigation, so i never bookmarked it.
So for any supposed 'front page' or index to be useful we need to be
able to find it - I suggest a first step is that it is automatically
added to each users bookmarks list - any other suggestions? I notice
also that https://wiki.ubuntu.com/index doesn't exist yet. Wouldn't that
be a more logical page to use?

I'd love to help work on cleaning stuff up, but a sensible navigation
system comes first for me.
