I haven't checked out the videos yet so I won't comment on the content
but I have a suggestion about how we could use them.

As far as I can see, they would go really nicely in the Tutorials
section of ubuntuvideo.com. I note that at least one is in there
already. We could then insert links to them in the documentation, if
people think that this is appropriate.

Do people?
