Serbian translation

Hello,

Serbian Local Community (www.ubuntu-rs.org) organized meeting last 
weekend where we discussed about our main goals. We decided that our 
first goal is to make a good website, and second to translate the 
documentation. Web site is redesigned, you can look at 
www.ubuntu-rs.org, and now it's time to take a next step in expanding 
our community.

This is our first contribution and we would like to please you to help 
us in our work. I'm beginner in this sort of projects so please be 
patience with my work and be criticized about technical side of my work. 
Our first contribution is translation of 
ubuntu-doc/generic/serverguide/installation.xml in attachment. Please 
check this file. Besides the tutorial, I only changed by myself the row 
in header with language tag from AmericanEnglish to Serbian. Rest of the 
translation I did strictly following tutorial.
