With the current scheme, search.ubuntu.com can search both the official
and unofficial help pages, or just the official pages, and be confident
in both cases of returning results that are actually intended to be
help. With the original scheme, this wasn't practical, because
wiki.ubuntu.com was a mixture of help and non-help documents.
(Currently search.ubuntu.com is accessible only through Yelp, and
nevertheless includes results from wiki.ubuntu.com. These are both
known bugs.)
