critical temperature bug

I hope it's not too disruptive that I post this, but I'm concerned that
no-one has commented on my bug report:
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/linux-source-2.6.17/+bug/58696

The bug is during startup:

[17179582.0320001] Critical temperature reached (0 C), shutting down.
The system is going down now !!
Sending SIGTERM

I use pretty standard hardware, not really so new (intel duo core &
nvidia), so I'd have thought this was something worth fixing early.

Sorry for the noise

Duncan
