Oh, I see. You can do the same for those pages you'd like to subscribe: just
add
the ?action=rss_rc&ddiffs=1&unique=1 in the end of url:

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FloridaTeam?action=rss_rc&ddiffs=1&unique=1
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/AlabamaTeam?action=rss_rc&ddiffs=1&unique=1
