about-xubuntu patch

Hi All,

I've attached a patch for the about-xubuntu section.  I apologize for the
size of this patch in relation to the actual amount of content that has
changed.  I tried to clean up the code to make it more readable, and the
size of the diff increased as a result.

I'm almost done with it, and will likely finish it tonight.  Please let me
know if you have any comments about the style or content.  Thank you!
