Ubuntu Help: what it should/shouldn't include

Hi Matthew,
I've reviewed internet.xml and musicvideophotos.xml and have tried to
identify sections which I think are very likely to be unnecessary.
* I think that items marked D are cases of gross duplication of
existing, good documentation.
* I think that items marked U are unnecessary because I think that most
users won't be interested in them.
I propose to move these topics into ubuntu/misc, where they will not be
released. Does this seem reasonable?
