Documentation Reviews

Hi guys,

String freeze is approaching rapidly, so we should probably start
reviewing the documentation soon to make sure there aren't any obvious
errors, spelling mistakes, etc.

I was thinking that it might be worth creating a 'Doc Review
Checklist' [1] to help clarify what we should be looking for in a
review. There are a couple of guys who're interested in reviewing the
documentation but are unsure what to look for, so I was hoping that
something like this might be of some use to them.

Please let me know what you think, and feel free to make changes to the
wiki page.
