3rd party documentation efforts

Does anyone know of a source of Ubuntu documentation that takes into
account all the 3rd-party sources available?

I am aware that the doc team is actively encouraging these efforts to
contribute to the official docs, but has anyone seen a site which aims
to just track these projects and their content?
